The Performance Evaluation System (PES) opens today, November 7, 2018, to start the FY 2018 Unit mitigation process. Based upon your employee position of record on September 30th, you should have received a system generated message notifying you of the opening and start of the process. The expanded timeline allows unit installation heads until November 20th to complete and submit their request for unit mitigation. While the timeline has been expanded, do not await until the last minute to submit your request. Guidance on filing your request is available on the UPMA website at www.unitedpma.org. The instructional video can be found on the home page by clicking on the resource tab, then educational and select Enter the UPMA Learning Center. You will need your membership number to access the Unit Mitigation Process Overview training video.
